Terms of use

This site shows shops, showrooms, offices and suites in Maya Garden Magnesia in one place. It is run by the Imaarat desk and team; it is not the developer's or the society's official site.

• Owners post their own listings. The information is provided as is; confirm the price, area and availability yourself before you commit.
• "Checked listing" means the team has seen the unit in person. It is not a guarantee of title or ownership.
• Before paying anything, check the documents (title, RERA, taxes, NOCs) yourself or with your lawyer.
• Building facts come from the public RERA record and the approved plan; check the RERA portal for the latest status.
• Posting false, misleading or someone else's listing is not allowed and the listing will be removed.
• We may hide or remove a listing without notice, for example when the owner has not confirmed it is still available for a long time.
